Glitchy unstable
I missed out on so many points due to the app not properly registering the activation of the offers before I make the purchase with my linked cards. I tap on activate and it said active. So why didn’t it register?! This app needs WORK. Fix this frustrating issue, please.

I redeemed my btc satoshi credits and it took them from my balance. I waited the week they said it would take to get the confirmation email and nothing. After I contacted support they said they were experiencing a btc issue and it would be resolved soon. Customer support gave me 2000 satoshi credits for the supposed inconvenience but weeks later still nothing. I think they gave me the 2000 satoshi credits to continue to use the bogus app but this app is a scam and a waste of peoples time so I will not be using it anymore. Would give ZERO stars if possible

I started using this app 4+ years ago and after a few months suspiciously started getting 0 sats daily—every day. I emailed support about this a few months after this began… and four years later, the bug has not been resolved. The app also refuses to let me scroll down to the in-app “arcade center” to earn more sats. Even worse, I cannot withdraw the paltry earnings I do have because they are below $15 USD. Don’t download this. You won’t make ANY money.

I use the app a lot before Covid and some during Covid earned a lot of rewards. They won’t release the rewards. It says it’s in my account on the app but won’t release it sent numerous emails have been told that they’re looking into it and they don’t know what the problem is.

i’ve been using loli for years and for the last few weeks my treasure box won’t open. i’ve reached out to customer support, and they’ve responded vaguely that they’ll “let the developers know.” i also contacted them via social media and got no response. it would rule if someone could fix the issue, otherwise this doesn’t seem like a secure app to be handling money.

I have been playing solitaire all day and not getting any rewards. The tracking for the app is on. I received an email saying that I could get $1000 bonus for today only. How can i get this if my rewards do not come in? Plus tried to contact support but was told the captcha couldnt connect bc of my connection uhhh my connection is fine. You just don’t want people to complain.

I accumulated bitcoin for several years through lolli and was very excited about it. When I finally tried to withdraw my bitcoin I was told it was being held and flagged by the security team but that it was going to be released ‘in the next batch’. It’s now been over 5 weeks that I’ve been waiting and lolli stopped responding to my emails. I’m very frustrated by this considering I was an avid user of their app and even convinced friends and family to join. The amount of bitcoin that they are not giving to me is pretty significant. I hope this review gets some ones attention that will be willing to help this get resolved.
