bad app
never been more frustrated with an app in my life. There’s always some type of problem that’s wasting my time. I’ve had problems for years, but kroger is the only close grocery store so I have no choice but to use this terrible app.
Too many bugs
So many bugs, makes it very frustrating rather than simplifying life. Everytime they make an update it gets worse. 4/24 update, cannot check out online. The section that used to be your cart is now a list. But you can’t get to your cart to check out for pick up. I don’t even see an area where you pick up. I don’t understand the constant changes. I feel like the Kroger It department just needs work and makes up things to do. App was fine at first and they keep messing it up. Currently have two sleeping babies in the car and I can’t order grocery’s. So I just have to sit here till they wake up so I can go inside. My day is shot Why do I have to always add a card. It won’t save my card. I also have to use a new card each time because it will say it’s added to my wallet but then I go to the wallet and nothing is added. Why do I have to sign in AGAIN to check out.
Not Intuitive
App is not intuitive. Too many clicks just to get to a shopping list. I only use this list because I have to. Argh.
Locks up!
When I try to print my shopping list, all I get is a spinning symbol in the middle of my iPad screen. I can’t do anything except shut down my device for awhile. Then I have to use screen grabs to print my list in Pages.
App never works
This app is always glitching with just a spinning circle of nothing. I’ve deleted the app, and logged in again multiple times but then it’s just stuck on the sign in page with a spinning circle again. So frustrating.
Such a Frustrating and NOT USER FRIENDLY App
This app just keeps getting worse and worse with each ‘Update.’ Moving from one section to another is so, so , SO clunky…ESPECIALLY when it comes to the ‘Weekly Ads,’ and ‘Savings’ sections of the app. I find that I’m constantly having to flip back and forth between sections to accomplish basic tasks. And don’t even get me started on the ‘My Prescriptions’ section/functionality…eerrrr or dysfunctionality…of the app (when you’re logged in under your Kroger/Pharmacy account/profile)! It’s the most UNRELIABLE section/portion/functionality of the app! Sometimes the info shown about your prescriptions is correct and accurate, and sometimes it’s not…you never know…it’s literally a roll of the dice, a crapshoot, as to whether or not what the app is showing as the current status of your prescriptions is correct and accurate or not. I could go on, and on about my frustrations with the Kroger app, but for brevity sake I’ll spare you, however I will also leave you with this…when searching for an item, why, oh why can you NOT SORT your search results by ‘Price, Low to High (and obviously vice versa as well), like literally every single other commerce type website and app allows you to do??!!
Horrendous Boost Delivery
90% of all Boost deliveries I personally experience (delivered by Kroger, never a 3rd party) include at least 3 or more of the following: expired meat, expired dairy, products expiring the same day of delivery, missing items, damaged items, “out of stock” items (listed in stock with no low stock icons), thawed frozen foods, leaking cleaning products/liquids and the constant frustration of coupons not showing on your final and delivered status receipt. Always a bad experience having to spend 30 minutes on the phone with a clueless agent (again, 90% of my experience) to make things right! They struggle a bit to make things right, and I’m ultimately left without my food and necessities, and spending a lot of time speaking with such poor customer support. I am unable to shop physically in store like I used to. I hope you can understand my frustration on the importance of their ability to deliver on their proposed service. I 100% do not recommend Kroger Boost Delivery. I sincerely hope others out there who pay for this service are getting different and more positive results.
