Just use the website
I don’t know why the app is such trash, but it’s missing really useful features that are only available on the website… like actual measurements of the clothes you are buying so you’ll know how they fit. Really stupid app with no advantage over the website. Also, currently unable to login on the app and the website. Bonobos, if you’ve been curious about why your sales are down maybe you should make sure people can login to their accounts to buy things. Lame.
Totally useless
Just downloaded the app. Clicked on Suits, found one I like. Tapped on the item and the app just spins forever and never loads the item details. Why bother with an app???
No clothing reviews?
Used to love this brand, but quality has deteriorated in the past couple years. Dress shirts are cheap, see through, and flimsy. Logged in to post an online review and discovered that comments aren’t supported. Very shady. Buyer beware.
App is trash
Sales don’t show up, Apple Pay never works, the UI is terrible. Just use the web site, the app is a complete waste of time.
The app is horrible
After telling the Bonobos team that I can’t get the “orders” page to load for 4 months and counting, the response I got was “you should expect this issue for at least another 6-9 months at least!” Wow. Apparently there’s one monkey who’s in charge of their technical team and he’s a bit behind fixing all the app issues. After being sold by Walmart and bought by WHP Global and Express last year you’d expect them to invest in a team that would offer a mobile app that works. Shocking and disappointing.

Better off using a browser
This app is just atrocious. The UX is worse than the website, but even forgiving that, the account screen won’t load. If an item is out of stock, it doesn’t say so, it just spins forever. I deleted the app and will just use Safari.
This release contains bug-fixes and performance upgrades.
