United StatesWorst app I’ve ever used
This app could not be less user-friendly. It is difficult to navigate and their website isn’t any easier. The app shuts down constantly and I haven’t been able to access my registry for weeks, except from a desktop. Somewhat unrelated, their staff also had zero help to offer in regard to the app, which btw is the only way to create a registry in their store. After speaking with several employees who didn’t know anything about it, a lady had to Google how to use the app, from a store computer. So disappointing.
