Service is usually good 98% of the time
Last Friday my recycle was not picked up. I submitted an email to that effect and was informed the drivers response was he had taken care of the 50 units. When I called Monday to clarify I was asked if I could hold off till this Thursday. Hopefully they will pick up mine this Thursday.

Called numerous times to make sure we’re up to date on payments and the lady said yes. They didn’t do bill payments on the internet at the time. Sure enough the next week no pickup. I was mad mad called the lady back she said so sorry we will send someone out. Week has gone by nothing

My trash is missed weekly. They guy sits in the truck and miss so many homes trash pick up. In have never in my life seen anything like this! They need real people picking up the trash trying to save money by using one worker. The neighbor is a new builder but the area is trashy because this company can’t do right and pick up the people trash !
