Finger slip
This app is ok but since using it for a about 2 months now I believe the “start route/end route” should not be anywhere near the bottom of the screen. It is really simple to hit that while using the iPhone and needing to swipe up to change between apps when in a hurry. Or when not in a hurry. It just happens. And it happens too many times. I know it gives you another option to close out your route and agreeing to a time, but to deal with that even 5 times a day is too many times. A top location or even a drop down top location would be better for something like this.
Latest update slows everything
The latest update on ios makes everything super slow. Have to wait 2-3 seconds between hitting end route to when you can actually swipe away maps and go back to workwave app. Then in the app it takes another 2-3 seconds to be able to interact with the menu aka the orders. When switching from the app to the map screen (happens on google maps and apple maps), the screen takes sometimes up to 10 seconds to load correctly. No this is not my phone problem as no other app causes my phone to behave this way. It only happens when WW is running. The previous build had none of these problems on the same phone and worked fine. So something in the code is causing this. I like the app and hope this can be resolved.
Cannot rely on Coordinates from the app or correct time
This app will dump you in the middle of a school, constantly brings up the incorrect gps coordinates, needs to be double checked and searched in whatever map app you use and to kick it off, any time over 10 minutes is 5 minutes off and anything over 20 minutes is 15-20 off. It never pulls the right gps information any more and no longer updates the correct times. It’s never been good but now it’s straight bad. This app is missing off roughly 3 hours of time per shift of 8 hrs or more.
Crushing a lot
After the last update the app is not working anymore, every time I log in it kicks me out.
No way to add stops on the phone app and app is buggy.
There is not an option to add stops while on the go. Also if find that during my route my destination will change randomly and take me somewhere that’s not even on the schedule and even sometimes try to take me to a different credentials state.
good app
one thing that would be nice is a section for drivers notes. Its not all the time the same driver gets the same pickups and drop offs. If there are notes that can help the next driver down the line such as enter from a certain direction, various landmarks etc would help immensely
