Review
Overall I think this is a great app and is fairly user friendly. There are a few features I wish it did have. 1. I wish you could view all the individual devices at one time rather than going through every subsection to view them. 2. I wish could have a favorites category for pests. 3. when using the acronym codes for pests I don’t like that I have to pick the pests twice. Just seems like a waste of time.
Disappointed
After the latest update I can’t even check off Sentricon stations as being completed. The app tries to tell me to “scan stations in order to proceed”. Well, that would be all fine and dandy if I could actually do that without the app trying to add a new station every time I scan a station that’s already been installed. Please fix this so I can just click the station and mark that it’s been inspected!
Amazing App
4/5 stars bc EVERYTHING has room for improvement! 🤩👍🏻 That being said, the app is phenomenal. Only problem I’m having is that when I go to make a “Favorite”, for some reason “Target Pests” & “Areas” do not save! Developers said no one else has had this problem but if they could find a way to fix it then that would be great!

The app is good but needs to be able to make pest service appointments when they are do , instead of just putting it down for the next month. Some Customers are done at Quarterly intervals.
Out of Touch
I was very excited to return to the industry titan that is WorkWave/PestPac after several bad experiences with their competitors such as PestRoutes and ServSuite. Unfortunately I found that they hopelessly behind the times and I see no change in sight. High notes: Can’t text customers Can’t copy/select client phone numbers without jumping through multiple windows so you have to literally write the number down to then type it out if you want to send a text. No master list of assigned accounts/work orders. You have to flip through a calendar. This may not bother most people. Unable to trade or assign work orders to different technician without having the office do it for you. Seems like something so small but imagine you’re on a night shift and you need coverage. So you’re back to paper tickets in this case. Credit Card payments have to go through a separate service for processing instead of a sleek, modern interface like PestRoutes, Square and ServSuite (card scanning through image) Not recommended for audited or high tough commercial accounts since you can’t actually define what type of activity was found in a bait station. Scanning barcodes and providing information is a multi-step process which will take up to 20 seconds per device. A lot of time is burned paying your technicians. A lot of time is wasted on the account. A lot of revenue will be missed. This app and service can probably get you though basic residential customers. For anything else I honestly cannot recommend. Experience: Owner of 3 pest control companies. Exec at ServiceMaster, Regional for Terminix, Regional for Steritech, Regional for Rollins.
Works great
Works great for working with it. However when adding material I would love if you guys made it where you could select multiple materials so it would limit time. Only take a minute but if you save a minute each job and 10 jobs a day your saving an hour per week which would benefit companies on time management!
