The app generally works for me. I updated my review because they fixed the problem they were having for one day where the app and website were out of commission. Otherwise I haven’t had issues with it and it seems intuitive.
Latest update rends app unusable
Hopefully this is corrected soon. But currently, the app is unusable. Every time you try to select, well, ANYTHING, it kicks you out of the app completely. Disappointing.
Please roll back
The new update doesn’t work. Please roll back to the last one.
Crashing
App has been working fine until last week. Over the weekend I tried to reserve a desk and the app started crashing with “oops something went wrong” upon loading. Problem still happening this morning after I upgrade to the new black logo.
App faulty
I can barely get this app to function. It’s always crashing or randomly logs me out then says all my verification codes are invalid

Crashes + bad UX
The UX is not great - very hard to create consistent / recurring bookings. And the ap performance is so inconsistent, even though I keep it updated to the latest version.
