The SilverCloud® Mobile location management software app will allow owners and users of the SilverCloud® and SilverCloud® Sync real-time GPS tracking systems, the ability to view and monitor the precise location of LandAirSea GPS trackers installed on vehicles and/or assets, whether it's a single vehicle or an entire fleet of vehicles, from anywhere conveniently from their iPhone or iPad mobile device. With the SilverCloud® Mobile App, users will be able to monitor the speed and battery life of each device by tapping on the icon located on the map. The location also updates automatically, showing the real-time GPS location of the user's vehicles and/or mobile devices. Users will also have the option of generating the Historical Playback of their tracking data to see precisely where their devices travelled. Vehicle updates will be based on user's data plan - 1 minute, 10 seconds, 5 seconds, or as fast as 3 second continuous updates. Customer service
The devices work very very nicely. They’re easy to put in a make up bag or somewhere in the car. However, I had to buy a device after the first one broke after nine months. I called customer service tech-support. They had really no answers but to go outside drive around wave it in the air. The device never worked again so I bought another one. Tech-support can be very, very rude and cut you off very very quickly they don’t have a whole bunch of tech answers besides a rude attitude that’s the bad part about this service
Poor service
Overpriced, plagued with poor service and bad tech support. Dont pay for fast updates because you WONT get what you pay for
Inconsistent tracking accuracy
Once again the tracker or the app has frozen in a particular location . It’s as if the vehicle being tracked just stopped at an intersection and never moved from there, when I know that it arrived at its destination and parked there a long time ago.

Tracker says my trailer is a mile down the road when I know for a fact it’s not

I only have a couple of days testing it and paying per update every 3 minutes, and sometimes it updates and sometimes it doesn't update on time taking an hour. Maybe there's something that I didn’t configure?
Timing
I get my alerts 15 minutes after the vehicle moves
Slow response
Sometimes my location is paused when I’m actively moving and I hate to wait for it to come back on which is very annoying
