Ultra Slow Crashes Regularly
After upgrading to the premium version this app continuously crash and is slow to open messages when it is working. I can’t even teach the menu to stop it from sending me emails every single time I receive a message. This is a bad app period and for $27 a month is outrageous. Taking advantage of people going through expensive custody proceedings. What a joke.
It keeps spinning
Not sure but this app is very old fashioned and not user friendly. I use it because the courts wants it
Ridiculous
You shouldnt have to pay to use the most basic function and purpose of the app. Why do I need to use the website to text? PDFs and other features? its understandable that youd have to pay for those, but to text? the most basic function? That’s ridiculous. I use this app because i am court ordered to, but I can easily text for free on another app. Yall are taxing.
Was working
It was working great for a couple years now, it freezes or glitches.
Logging in
For the past 1 year and half has been great but this last month I haven’t been able to log in and had to reset password 3 times. That’s the only thing other than that it’s worked properly.
Court recommended, user not approved
Buggy, slow, and generally awful. The app is recommended by the court system but it’s far from a good app. It frequently can’t seem to connect to the internet even though every other device and app is fine. Messages don’t send and I have to go back and double check. It frequently doesn’t update the chat with replies promptly leaving you seeing that a new message was sent but unable to read it. This is a real problem for an app used for co-parenting where the situation maybe urgent and you need to see that message promptly. You can make payments through the app, but the additional fees make it highly undesirable for this when there are other apps that send money for free. Overall it’s a pretty shabby app. Would not recommend, but what else do you use?!
Expensive
I didn’t mind five dollars but then it just doubled one month to 10 no choice but to continue it
Bug fixes and performance improvements.
