I have this issue constantly. Please update the iOS app and fix it. It’s nice to work from my phone when I’m away, or can’t use my laptop.
Stuck on Splash Screen
Running iPhone 12 with iOS 16.4.1 I rely on this app for every day operation of the shop. I loved it when it was working, please update! Using the website just isn’t the same on mobile. Mock ups load differently. Harder to pull up invoices quick for basic info etc. thanks!
App currently stuck on splash screen
App has gone through some downs and ups. At first you couldn’t do much on it at all. Searching didn’t return the results you expected and seemingly basic logical pieces of information were missing or not linked properly. Subsequent iterations have gotten much better. Unfortunately, though, for the last few months, the app will not open on my fully updated iPhone 12. Thinking it was possibly an app update I checked here, but sure enough I was running the latest version. Not sure what’s going on at the moment, but this app is broken. I find it a useful tool when working, so please fix your app, and I will change my rating.
Weak
There’s very few features on this App. Wish I could add events to calendar or do even basic editing of anything.
Would recommend for EVERY print shop
I can’t say enough good things about Printavo on a whole for organizing our Mint Prints shop end to end. It helps with quoting, artwork approvals, tracking expenses, communicating with clients, and completing payments. The app helps, especially when we’re on the go so much, it’s a fast paced shop. Works GREAT on iPads!
Add Preset Messages
Please add to the App the preset messages! Every time I need to send a preset message I need to go to my computer to use one of them. I would be happy if you make this happen!
* The app is now displayed in full screen on tablets and larger devices * When saving an order, if required fields are not filled in they will now be highlighted to indicate what required data is missing * The Product Status, Duplicate, and Delete buttons are now accessible on the Line Item screen within an order * Fixed an issue where tasks were not visible on an order when preset task groups were applied from within the mobile app * Fixed an issue where marking tasks as complete or incomplete did not update the status of the task
