GREAT APP ON IPAD OR IPHONE BUT HORRIBLE ON MAC! THIS APP CLEARLY NEEDS A MAJOR OVERHAUL ON MAC AND I AM DEMANDING A REFUND! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

I already paid for the ipad app and was disappointed to have to pay again for the mac app so i could get my notes on the computer. not only is it difficult to use on the mac, it also is a massive RAM hog. I recommend skipping this if you were considering it.

Noteshelf has become my goto app for taking notes, reviewing papers and just about everything that used to require paper. It's clear that the developers do not expect that people will make extensive use of the Mac version and this is probably the right tradoff. Noteshelf shines when you have a pencil device. However, in it's current form, the Mac version is far more clunky than it should be. Two specific suggestions for improvement: 1) add support for drag and drop -- it would be great to be able to simply drop a pdf onto the app (or icon) to add a file. 2) support use of the arrow keys to navigae through the pages of a document -- the only way I've found to navigate is to swipe left or right with two fingers on the touchpad (which is awkward when you mostly use a trackball).

I already purchased this app and used on my iPhone and iPad. I just got a macbook and it was saying I needed to pay for the app. A reddit post said it would end up not charging me and realized it was already purchased so I went through with downloading it but I wasn't so lucky. I've now paid twice for this app.

In classic Apple fashion this App is catered to only work within the Apple family. If you use GDrive (as I have to for work), also use Android ... don't buy this app! I want my $$ back tbh

I'm glad other people got this to work. I can't sync over iCloud at all. Notebooks created on the iPad don't show up on my Mac. Notebooks created on my Mac don't show up on my iPad. I've rebootted both machines, and other apps sync successfully. So as far I can tell, this was a complete waste of money. I've requested a refund.

I use it on all my devices. I can't wait to see what else roles out for the this version of the app on mac notebooks and desktops. Seriously, I see this app crushing the game.
