At Last
Having gone through Roam Reasearch, Logseq, Obsidian, and more over the past several years and still not being satisfied, I decided to try another option. NotePlan's price made me hesitate, but I went for it and I couldn't be more grateful. Its clean, logical way of operating, combined with the ability to inject javascript into my workflow makes this a clear winner. I really am deeply thankful for this app and its thoughtful design.

There is no other app out there that comes close to what NotePlan does. As a personal productivity app, it has so many features, and keeps all of my tasks, schedule, and notes all in one place. I use it for everything and no longer have to jump from app to app to get things done. I keep all my meeting notes, to dos and even my journal of events. I love that I can embed slides and images in my notes so I can remember what was being presented. The main downside is it seems like the app is not that well known so there are not many integrations with Apple OS features but by itself the app is very versatile. I also love that you can customize the templates and can use markdown and add your own style and fonts. Plus the syncing between mobile and desktop just keeps getting better. There are regular updates and every one of them the app just continues to expand, improve, and make things easier. I rarely write reviews but I love this app so much I had to write one here. Highly recommend!!

I don’t write review but this is the closest all in one productivity all you’ll find. They don’t claim that it is because it’s not but it’s so flexible that you can make it to match your workflow. The developer is a also great with keeping features coming and very responsive.

Dear developer, This app is truly amazing, and it does what many other apps do not do. However, I personally think that the $100 per year might not be worth it, and I am definitely not the only person. It would be great to see the price go down, which will motivate more people to buy the premium. A principle in economics is the relationship between price and quantity and how it changes the demand: a higher price leads to less purchase, although it does not decrease the demand! I think a cheaper version of the app will allow more people to try it out and fall in love with it. Noteplan is currently not a very widely-known app, and no doubt that it will be known to many someday. But if more people can try it out, it will attract a bigger market of people who will pay more money for this great app. Thanks for your time, and have a good day. William
