Last update broke sso logins
Unable to use app after last update. Not compatible with entra sso now.
Buggy, lacks usability
While the platform accessed via desktop is great, the mobile app lacks in many respects. I’ve had a persistent issue with it being willing to leave me signed in to my account, wherein I have to go through the entire sign in process every time I want to use it , if it’s been longer than 20 minutes since I opened it. Moreover, standard things that should be simple enough, like resetting a user password for servers running Active Directory either seem to be spotty when they do want to open, or they act like they are loading details only to present nothing on the screen. In that same vein, unless it’s veiled somewhere deep in a menu, I don’t think there’s a basic feature to allow you to unlock a user account from the app, which is hyper annoying
Very handy
I use on a mac every day. I hate the new update where the remote control options spread across the screen left to right instead of up and down, but good app over all. I wish there was a way to hide the teamviewer welcome opening screen, but that's not a ninja issue i don't think

The application didn’t have an MFA. It got updated and now has an MFA setup in order to long in. The application does not work now that I need to input an verification. I can type a response but there is no way to submit it on the application. So now I can’t use it.
Horrible application for such a Great RMM.
Let me start by saying Ninja’s RMM has been a great addition to my MSP’s toolkit. We’re currently using Ninja to support close to 1000 endpoints and so far it’s functionality from system/performance monitoring, to patch management and task automation has worked phenomenally. My company along with many others require the ability to use the tools we’ve chosen to support our clients wether we’re in the office or in the field, and we rely on those tools to work when needed and as advertised. When using NinjaRMM via a desktops web browser it works flawlessly the majority of the time, but the mobile application has been a complete and utter disappointment. To compare this application to the desktop/web version; the overall lack of features / functionality that are missing make the mobile application essentially useless, if not a hindrance. Ninja’s ease of use and feature sets were huge deciding factors when we chose it as the RMM for our MSP, so It’s hard to believe that a company that has such a great product would release a mobile application that performs so poorly for its users. At this point in time for me to say this application is a disappointment would be an understatement. For the sake of Ninja and it’s users, I truly hope that the NinjaRMM team is actively working to make this application meet the expectations that have been set thus far for its users when using the web application. I know the NinjaRMM team is capable of providing a much better solution than this, and hope to see great improvements in the near future.
Bring back old version
New UI is too bulky and limits information vs old version, and can’t run any scripts because it appears the credentials selection field is broken— can’t select any credentials. For the love of god, please stop breaking the script functionality.
