Complete junk
1) this app is completely useless. The chat never works at all even though I have a protection plan. 2) if you call in, they aggressively push an upsale. To the point they will literally talk over you!! 3) AND THIS IS THE WORST THING, if you call in & you don’t buy whatever they’re trying trying to upsale, they will thank you for calling & hang up without even fixing the problem. I was calling to report that myPhotoVault isn’t showing the correct limit. They couldn’t care any less. I’m honestly considering canceling the coverage & maybe even changing companies. This is plum ridiculous.

Don’t bother
The insurance isn’t worth it. I’ve paid every month for 2 years and still have a $250 deductible and then they wanted to send me the 64GB phone to replace my 256GB phone. When I realized it wasn’t the right phone they were planning to ship I couldn’t figure out any type of customer service on the app and still ended up calling the company who couldn’t even stop the shipment even though it was still sitting on their shipping dock and not picked up.
Protection plan
Bought my protection plan when I bought my phone. Went to the exact same store where everything was bought. They recommended this app. The app don’t find my protection plan and won’t even let me chat with help. Every time I try to chat it pop up I need to buy a plan
Not Worth It
Bought the care plus package to help protect my new iPhone. Loaded the app, but neither the new phone nor the feature were found on it. (They had a phone from several years ago listed.) The “expert” I chatted with couldn’t help and referred me to the regular customer care line and that CSR could not understand the issue despite multiple explanations. It’s worth the extra $2 a month to get Apple Care+. I’ve been trying to cancel the Cricket feature for a bit, but when I do, I’m getting an unexpected error message.
