I booked them for two hours and I got one hour of their time. I got charged for the two hours when they didn’t arrive on time because they had a job prior to me. When I unpacked I have broken items. I would never ever recommend this company again. Will never use U-Haul helpers to move me again and I’ve used the many times but never again

My movers never arrived. The contact at the company was zero help, apparently they have minimal contact with MovingHelp. No one has answered my questions, responded to my case (took me a week to find where to submit a case - moving company couldn’t/wouldn’t help). No refund yet. I’m out $300. If your moving company shows up, this would be a handy way to book/find them, if they don’t (MovingHelp doesn’t vet them) you are screwed.
