Motion is Godsend! I didn’t realize how much all the projects and tasks floating around in my head were slowing me down. It literally does the job of two people… i couldn’t be more grateful! There are some upgrades that I would like to see in the future, but I fully believe in this company and what they are accomplishing here—only five days of using it and I have seen AT LEAST a 25% boost in productivity. Great product!

As others have already pointed out, support is nonexistant. There is no phone number, only a chat which is screened through an AI chatbot. I did not receive a response after 48 hours. I cancelled on day five of my 7 day trial and was charged for a full year. Do not use this company. It is a front that has no backend support and is meant to be a money grab. The product is not useful for anything except putting things in an order. It does not allow gaps, schedule breaks well, or allow you to schedule things to be completed into an order. It just integrates with Google calendar to get your main events.

I feel like the ads completely misrepresent this app. I wish I knew it required desktop computer use before doing the free trial. It is not at all made for mobile and is so unideal and useless to use. I’m mostly a tablet user. I’m a total idiot and didn’t have a computer to complete the set up, then the free trial ended and I was auto charged. So I went about setting it up figuring I’d at least try using it. Besides that, which I could live with if it was a good product, it doesn’t do the things I actually want to do. It only lets you set “work hours” but I want to differentiate between different projects and time periods. I’m a student so I really need to be able to set different blocks for individual subjects to work only on specific tasks/projects, versus being at work and only being able to work on certain projects. The calendars are also really inefficient, it wouldn’t let me edit events and you can’t use both Google and iCloud calendars if your gmail is your iCloud email. Really really unhappy
