Cannot detect my New Iphone 15
I wonder why it cannot detect my iphone which is connected to the car using a physical cable connection. It used to work before on my old iphone. Now this app is basically useless.

Doesn’t sync anymore.
I’m not sure what happened with the recent app update but diagnostic information from my panel no longer still syncs to the app….I’ve followed the instructions in the app to activate it….setup, UVO, Mycarzone, ….doesn’t work…I can no longer see my vehicles stats and it no longer updates.
Can’t Even Log In
The app consistently says I have the wrong password. Tried to reset password, “invalid service call”, made a new account, “wrong password”.

I recently purchased a Kia surento 2016 and I wanna use the app feature but it doesn’t work keeps saying try later
Useless
I’ve had my car for over 2 years and this app refuses to connect. It keeps giving me the error “data not transmitted. Check network connection”. Everything is connected, it just refuses to work.
