First of all, unstable. All of the ID.me are unstable and my most recent identity monitoring report not only show they SOLD MY INFRO FROM THE OTHER ID.me APP…and…wait for ut — they got hacked and still have yet to notify end users. I want to know how much this company spends to buy politicians and bureaucrats got paid to FORCE We, The People having to use these unsecure, irresponsible and downright criminal app framework. Thanks for making it even note clear how corrupted government has become.

Support takes a week to a month to reply and when they do it is never with anything helpful. You can only fill out a ‘contact us’ form to contact support, then they never get back to you. If you try to reply to the initial email asking them to follow up, they reply with an email telling you to fill out a contact form, but never reply to the initial support email, they ignore it. I have been waiting for a month to receive help regarding my account and still haven’t received it.
