It’s like they want your plants to die
Paid $30 just watering reminders and plant instructions because I’m a beginner with terrible green thumb and within two weeks all my plants had been way overwatered. Not worth it at all

I decided I wanted to give a plant app a try and boy did I get lucky in finding this one! I love being able to catalog all of my plants according to their location. It has been super helpful to finally have a site that tells me ways to keep my “babies” healthy. I especially love the community feature so I can read more ideas and have my questions answered. I would really like to see additional options on lighting instead of a yes or no to direct sunlight. I live in SWFL and I have a screened lanai. Many of my plants live there year round. Those that need full sun are still in “dappled” light due to the screen. Perhaps adding more choices for lighting our outdoor plants would be beneficial. I have had a few problems with the mechanics of this app and instead of focusing on that in my review, I would like to point out that Erika has gone above and beyond for me. She has been wonderfully responsive in helping me to sort everything out.

Customer service was prompt in helping with the typing issue. So I was able to post in the apps community. In general, the app is pretty nice. I like the feel that the design gives it. Also that it seems the app adjusts the plant care according to my use, the plants care and the seasonal changes. It does need a search option. There must be a lot of good information inside the community, from knowledgeable users, that is just lost in limbo because of the absence of a search option. And the keyboard return key disappearing needs to change. We all know where the # symbol is. 5 stars when it gets a search option.

It figures there’s no customer service contact info anywhere. I paid for a year and after switching phones, I can’t access my account. It wants me to pay again! Not going to be a sucker twice. Super disappointed.
