The absolute worst!
I have not had worse customer service than from this company! Will never do business with them! 1 star for customer service, shady business practices and rude reps. When they get exposed, they stop responding. In all truth, the worst customer service of any place on this planet. Not even kidding! Wish there was an option to give them minus 5 stars!!!
Update 4
It's broken in many ways. Pointed many of them out in other reviews and it doesn't seem anyone is listening. Lets go Extreme. Would also be nice if you bring back the ability to login with a master account if it has access to other pilot accounts. (even if the primary account is on connect)
Useless
I am not able to search for devices. Every time I do it, app closes. I removed the app and reinstalled. Same behavior. Impossible to use browser on a phone to make changes. Bottom line, access to a computer is essential to manage network.
Update 3
Alright friends. You took away our ability to view multiple Pilot accounts if the main account we log in with doesn't have Pilot. And you failed to actually read the previous review that mentioned it. (It is what it is on that one) But whats up with the clunky views. If you try to filter, its a bit broken. If you use the search field, objects pull up correctly; but if you click an object and go back a screen, all objects are lost. Theres a few others too. Just a recommendation, but it might be a good idea to fix the bugs before adding or removing more features. I hope this doesn't come off to harsh. We all enjoy extreme and just tend to hold extreme to a higher standard. They tend to listen to their clients and partners and treat everyone really well. You guys rock and we all appreciate your hard work. Looking forward to more updates!
Update 2
What kind of a reply was that? Let's drop the review here again and see if someone actually reads it. 1 star for the bot reply. Around a year ago I left a review asking Extreme to level up and give us some useful features. They basically replied with "its in the works". Then a few months later we had an update with several awesome improvements. They delivered an entirely new app and as time goes on, the improvements are getting better. Hats off to the dev team. But, as a customer, installer and reseller I take issue with them locking an account behind a paywall. On one of the latest updates I discovered I now have to log into each of my accounts separately because the account I use as a managing account, doesn't have Pilot associated with it. It's one thing to lock the app down to Pilot only but Extreme shouldn't have locked it down until they had a way for connect accounts associated with other Pilot accounts to access those accounts. On top of that, the app doesn't actually have a ton of features yet. It allows you to get a little information, assign templates, bounce a port and make an update. Thats just not enough for a paywall. We get it (pilot = money money money) but be better Extreme. You have plenty of competitors out here offering free solutions that are really good. In general you just shouldn't rob the (Connect) smb segment from something like a half baked mobile app. Extreme should revert it back to allow everyone access or at the very least allow connect users to access the pilot accounts they're associated too. Ok rant over. Keep up the great work devs.

Terrible
They put more effort into the stupid animations than making basic functions work.
