NETSECURE is a two factor authentication system to provide added security to your online banking transactions. Axis Bank NETSECURE with Mobile Token is an application through which you will be able to generate your NETSECURE code using your hand held device. Steps of Registration 1.Login to Axis Bank Internet Banking and choose NETSECURE with Mobile Token 2.Enter your Passport Number and Email ID registered with Axis Bank 3.Download the application on your mobile phone 4.Enter the serial number displayed on the Mobile Token application in the relevant field provided on Axis Bank Internet Banking 5.Enter the Activation Code on your Mobile number and set your security Pin. 6.Generate the Login One Time Password (OTP) to login to Internet Banking and generate Transaction OTP to complete any payment transaction. Benefits 1.Generate Netsecure Code instantly through your hand held device 2.Easy access to Internet Banking since NETSECURE code can be generated without the need for the registered mobile number being on the network. More complex for NRI
Technology upgrades should promote the customer’s experience with safety, but apps like this are frustrating in the name of the many points authentication. I am a NRI, and am expected to send SMS from foreign numbers. Axis bank shall consider us make it easier and safer, if they would like to keep their customers.
DO NOT USE THIS - it is a joke
If you’re seeing this before you register your account online, DO NOT SELECT TO USE THIS APP. You should NOT SELECT TOKEN VERIFICATION and SKIP that part when registering. They don’t have any control over their team who is responsible for NETSECURE app and Axis Bank representatives are stating over chat in written that the team closes the “service request” saying “app is under upgradation”. This is Axis Bank’s failure the app development team’s failure.
What a joke of an app
Why do you create such a dumb app that is so not useful. The people who built this were probably drunk when they designed it or some kind of sadists. If you are forcing this on NRI atleast think of the possibility that not all NRI can send a text/sms to an Indian number to activate the token. The app support is on another level. Chatting with an agent to get this resolved was super frustrating and he didn’t know what to do. I feel I need to move away from Axis!
Worst most painful useless app wasted hours and didn’t accomplish what I needed to do
The worst app I have ever dealt with - this app is meant to drive customers insane with the ridiculous looping back between bank website and app - both of which have dysfunctional authentication protocols that will make you chase pros and authentications back and forth until you are ready to tear your hair out. Please kill this thing now.
