Analyser is a statistics/analysis tools that includes Python,R engine that let you run codes written in these languages in iOS devices directly: 1 Python modules:numpy,scipy,pandas,statsmodels,scikit-leary/image,nilearn,astroML,pymc,nipy 2 R packages:DBI,cluster,inline,mvtnorm,spam,Formula,codetools,ipred,nlme,spatial,GPArotation,coin,iterators,nnet,splines,Hmisc,colorspace,jiebaR,numDeriv,stats,KernSmooth,datasets,jiebaRD,pamr,stats4,MASS,deepnet,jsonlite,parallel,stringi,Matrix,digest,kernlab,party,stringr,NLP,e1071,knitr,partykit,strucchange,RColorBrewer,evaluate,lars,penalized,survival,RCurl,foreach,lasso2,plyr,tau,RJSONIO,foreign,lattice,praise,testthat,RSNNS,gbm,latticeExtra,prodlim,tibble,RSQLite,glmpath,lava,psych,tm,Rcpp,gof,lazyeval,quantreg,tools,SparseM,grDevices,lmtest,registry,tree,TH.data,graphics,magrittr,reshape,tseries,XML,grid,maptree,reshape2,utils,arules,gridExtra,markdown,rms,wordcloud,assertthat,gtable,maxent,rpart,wordcloud2,base,highr,methods,sandwich,xml2,base64enc,htmltools,mime,scales,xtable,boot,htmlwidgets,modeltools,selectr,yaml,caTools,httpuv,multcomp,shiny,zoo,class,httr,munsell,slam 3 Stats templates:ARIMA,Cluster,Correlation,Discriminant,Distribution,Factor,Generalized Linear/Linear/Logistic/Nonlinear Regression,One-Way ANOVA,Principal Components,t Test..., 4 Analyser use SQLite database, sas7bdat(support read/update/create directly) and xls file as data source to perform statistics/analysis and display report in device's screen, or generate pdf report and show in embed pdf viewer, send report as attachment, print report. Analyser can import data from .txt, .csv, .xls, .xpt, .sav, .dta format file by copying these file from a PC/Mac to device via iTunes File Sharing, or create new dataset by entering data manually. Limitations: cannot install package for R, can only install pure Python module.

No User Guide at All
This app could do much better with detailed documentation and friendly UI. It's hard for beginner to figure out the basic/advanced usage. Hope major improvements in user experiences will made in future updates.
Good communication and fast update
A very good software on iOS. When I face some bug. The communication between me and developer is very good and fast. And also developer help me find out more solutions about my code problem. In my thought, it is more better than Pythonista. Thanks a lot
Intruiging Idea, but incomplete
This is very close to functional, but suffers from two crucial limitations: 1. Cannot read .rdata flies into the app 2. Defaults to python when running a script 3. Doesn’t have the tidyr suite of packages (ggplot2, etc.) I think the app developer intended for (1) to work, there is an import from iCloud option, and you can export data sets to the app, in theory. This works for r scripts, but does not work for .Rdata files. The iCloud button is unresponsive, leading me to suspect that the link ha sheen broken in an iOS update. The pieces are here for a foundation to do serious work in iOS, and I am thrilled at the prospect. But needs improved interface with both the Dropbox app & Files app to read data. Once that happens, you can conceivably do serious data analysis using iOS devices. ###Update Got it to import a .rdata file (you have to make your file path “~/Inbox/name.Rdata”. But, the app crashes upon loading data. It just isn’t ready yet, which is a pity because it has potential.
Good initial implementation
This app is a combined R, SQLlite, and Python engine. It can import sas7bdat and xls files into the sql engine. The console interface is fairly simple but functional. It has a fairly wide selection of libraries installed. Apple's rules disallow adding compiled code so R's install.packages() is disabled. I've not used the Python interface. It supports iTunes file sharing and source() as well as file importing via URL's. It does not appear to support .Renviron and .Rprofile files in the usual places. Use the R calls to create directories as needed It works just fine for testing code and small analyses. I use the buffer and textastic code editors to get syntax highlighting as well as Dropbox access and cut and paste into/out of the app. In the future, I would like to see Dropbox and better open-in support, as well as URL scheme support for more integrated workflows.
rgdal, gensim.3. Bugs fixed.
