Downloaded a few pictures now it just says network error. I can’t download anymore. Can’t even log into the app. Tried to delete app and reinstall. Didn’t help. As far as I can see there is no customer service. Will return. I’m not sure if this is all user error, but it’s a very disappointing experience

This worked fine for a couple of months. I tried all recommendations to get it to download more pictures. Nothing has worked. No way I’d buy another one of this brand. So happy others could get theirs to work. But I received a frame that loaded 50 pictures and just quit downloading. What a disappointment.

I find this app hard to use. It keeps all the photos already uploaded on the app and makes it hard to know what you have and haven’t already sent to the frame
