You pay for the subscription, then you pay for the book, then if you need more pages (which who doesn’t? This day and age all we do is snap pictures of our adorable little ones) you pay for those too! Before you know it, you’ve spent $200 on a book you can’t even fully customize. You can’t change anything layout wise about the book, you can’t add words over pictures. They have pre-chosen/made pages for you and you can not deviate or add anything on the pages they put together for you. IMO if you’re going to charge upwards of $200 for a baby book, make it more personable. Let us add text on a page with more than 3 pictures, let us layer it over a picture. Let us change the color of the page. Just some options.

Got the app it collected my phone number, my child’s name and birthday and my email address, it made me choose what kind of plan I wanted had me choose a plan and all of a sudden the app FROZE!!! I tried different ways get out of the app and get back in. It was just FROZEN! And then get this - I got a phone call through telegram from which looks like a scam It all made sense from there. I deleted the app and unsubscribed. This app is a scam.

The app is good and mostly fine to use when there arent bugs. But the real issue I have is the $50 subscription fee that you have to pay MULTIPLE times if you don’t finish your book in one year. I had a hard postpartum year and tried to keep up with the book but couldn’t. Well I went back to finish my book and had to pay another $50 to finish it ($100 so far) and then I’ll have to pay for the actual book on top of this (another at least $100)?! Deciding if I just call it a sunk cost and make a book elsewhere bc I will not be using them again for future years or children. I can’t afford it!

I like the ease of it! And it’s well designed. But be careful that your subscription ends after a year. I did not finish my book during my child’s first year and had to renew my subscription and pay another annual fee so that I can finish the book. My fault for not doing it in time I suppose but I want to make sure all are aware! You do not have unlimited time to finish your book.

I loved working on my book and worked on it for a year but now that I am ready to purchase I cannot enter my mailing address. I have sent requests in with no response. I even tried a number I found online. I can’t get my baby book after putting in a years worth of work.

I have been using this app for the first 4 months of my baby’s life and I really love it. It has made it possible to keep up with all his milestones since I can add info as I think of it and then go back and proof it later. I typically try to write the monthly page and then go back at another time to do the photos for the month/add any other info I might not have initially wrote about. As much as I have enjoyed this app I have a big issue with the fact that you can only login by phone number and since no longer have that number I can’t get the code to get to my book. Now I have wasted my time, money for additional pages and lost all of my work since I can’t get into the app. Normally it stays logged in but when I went to do my baby’s 5month update it wanted me to put in the code sent to my old number. I’m very disappointed and hope there is a way for me to regain access to my book.
