Ultimate membership scam
I purchased the ultimate membership plan on March 21,2024. I have yet to see the membership in my account. I’ve sent 4 emails regarding this. I tried contacting them on the telephone and it’s just a message that directs me to their email. I guess I’ll now have to contact my credit card to get them involved. Scam

The community of photographers at Viewbug is fantastic. Excellent professionals all around, posting photos, sharing insights, and generally being supportive of one another creates an amazing sense of community that is integrated and wholesome. Shame the same can't be said about the app. Viewbug's app is, for lack of a better term, busted. Basic functionality like being able to view your likes and comments is missing, constant crashes will dump you out to the main screen with zero warning, and simple things like accessing your private messages is so broken you might as well just do it on the website. Until the app is fixed, these issues will persist and continue to cripple what would otherwise be an outstanding experience. At this point, I simply cannot recommend it.

Photography is my passion, I’m still an amateur and I wanted to find an app that I could share my photos and get feedback. I picked this one, and had the free version for awhile and finally gave in and bought the pro+ plan. At first I was excited as now I could enter all the contests they had and had other supposed perks as well. Then one day I get on the app and almost all of my photos were missing from my profile, only a few were still there. I submitted form requesting help and few days later got an email saying it was issue with system and should be fixed soon and I did get all photos back. I ended up caving in and purchasing a custom logo for $34.95! Which is a lot of money but they were convincing it was worth it. When I finally got the email that my logo was ready for download, the link wouldn’t work. It kept showing an error and said if this continues contact here with a link. So I clicked on it and submitted form letting them know the issue. A week later I still hadn’t got any response. So i did it again and stated that I already submitted an inquiry about and didn’t get reply. Two weeks later still nothing. So I did it a third time. No response. I decided to try the link again for the logo and it finally worked. Then they charged my account twice the beginning of January for my monthly membership fee. Submitted help form and no response. I realized that I’m paying $9.99 for nothing. Honestly seems like ways for them to steal your photos without you knowing it. It’s a waste of money and I regret putting my photos on the platform.
