The app claims to remove their watermark from the finished product if you pay a subscription but after deleting and redownloading the app it still puts a watermark on my images despite being a two year paying customer
United StatesI have been waiting for assistance for since 2021 & nothing has been done.
Paid for lifetime/ Premium & haven’t been able to use for 3 years now. Extremely disappointed, reached out developer & was told to contact support again it’s been over a year & I reached out against as directed by developer & still haven’t heard anything back. I noticed the developer respiring other users & I don’t see that the issues have been fixed. I’m continuing to encounter the same issue with the Pro upgrade. Back in September of 2021, developer ask me to replied : Dear User, Please restore your purchase by clicking on already purchased also share your user detail. I did as I was instructed & no luck fixing the issue. This issue continued for several months & has not been resolved. I have been waiting for assistance for since 2021 & nothing has been done. Apparently StoryZ developers don’t care about the lack of customer service. If developers refuse to assist customers, they should refund Our money that We paid for a Lifetime to be able to access help & be treated with respect. After awhile StoryZ developers just blocked me from contacting them. So the only thing I could do was to write a review. After several years a developer decided to contact me & asked me to contact support. No reply from support, so I emailed Support again & still no reply. My question is, if StoryZ wants me to change my review, they should reach out & solve the problems I am encountering.

It’s been over a year & still not able to use StoryZ after paying for lifetime. Contacted support only to be ignored plus StoryZ has block me & no communication. StoryZ has taken my money & left me with an app I am unable to use. I’ve read the reviews & seem that support has ignored other customers as well. Apparently StoryZ app support doesn’t want anyone to read my review. I’ll keep post my review until there is a resolution to why I have to continue contacting StoryZ regarding signing in. Ignoring a costumer over & over, only lets others know of the lack of support from StoryZ app. I’m still having issues with signing in & having to do it over & over, each time I use the app. Now, when I sign in trying to get the premium , with no luck & this has become very irritating! Why does the pricing keep changing, it’s get very confusing. So what can I do to keep from having to re-purchase the premium? I’m hoping that this issue will be fixed soon, as I have been dealing with this way too long. It’s interesting that an app developer ignores customers that have paid to use the premium premium features.
