Mac pro running 12.6.3. App won't even launch. can't say whether I like anything about it at all.

Slow development cycle here, and STILL, more than 2 years late, no Universal Binary! Uploads hang sometimes, too. I do report issues to tech support, but they seem to go ignored. I'm starting to wonder if this is a deprecated project. I can't even consider buying a subscription when the development teams are so unresponsive.

Very inconsistent functions. Uploads through fcpx fail repeatedly, the app closes in respose to trying to upload from fcpx, which means that you can render/export overnight only to find that the app crashed and didn't upload anything to frame. Horribly inconsistent at including to-do markers as comments during upload. There's almost no reason to use this app within fcpx as the integration does not work properly. Incompetently designed.

Before Adobe took over, this worked great in FCPX. I haven't used it one time the last 8 months without a major bug. 1. Videos won't play or take FOREVER to load in plug in. 2. FCPX plugin requires me to login every day. Sometimes multple times per day. 3. Exports directly to Frame.io fail almost every time. I have to export the video to my HDD then upload in the browser. When my subscription is up, I will go back to Vimeo for reviews with clients. Sad that you guys can't keep up with this software...it was so good.

This is part of Frame.io's traditional "great concept executed completely wrong" business practice. Constant upload errors. Doesn't warn you if you aren't signed in before sharing a file in fcpx to be uploaded (so you try to export overnight and first thing you see the next day is that nothing uploaded). And it's unclear where the temp render files are stored for the upload. And of course, there is ZERO product support from Frame.io. Good luck figuring out what went wrong by waiting in a chat line for an hour or two. Who cares about your time.
