Shows potential, but needs a lot of work
Two problems: 1. No download progress is shown anywhere when trying to save video proxies to my camera roll 2. Recently we have experienced data loss as some comments placed in the iPad app either disappear silently, or with a vague "Something went wrong, please try again" and then returning us to a *BLANK* comment field. This UX is absolutely unacceptable. There's discussion on our team of canceling our Teams subscription, it's that bad... basically unusable on the road for intense work. Sure hope it's fixed very soon, because the web app is fantastic! Apologies if this review comes off a bit harsh. I don't mean to insult the dev team in any way. However, there is some serious improvement needed to durability of downloads in intermittent-connectivity environments, and durability of comments... preserve them at all costs. Thank you.

This is super cool for getting and giving feedback. Me and my YouTube team have been using Google drive and discord and to be able to draw on the videos and leave real time comments is such an incredible tool to have. This is an absolute must!!

I can’t not find how to listen at a faster speed- 1.75 in the app.

I use the web based platform and it works great. The app however won’t even log in. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, even tried on WiFi/celluar and nothing. Just get a simple message that says “something went wrong” when I try to log in. Pretty frustrating.

Manual login or face ID login never works on the app. maybe works 5% of the time. Defeats the purpose of getting to review something more on-the-go on your phone. Really disappointing. Deleting the app. Much better to just use web browser unfortunately

United StatesApple not allow me to download Clips to my phone
This used to work… but right now, I cannot download any of my content from the Frame.io iPhone app. Dealbreaker. it’s also incredibly annoying that the developers have not added a download progress bar so you know if somethings happening when you’re downloading your content to your phone to post on social media. at this point, I’ll probably be killing my subscription and working solely off Dropbox, which is a bummer.
