ADS,it takes time for me to check on my cameras cause of the recently ads that would pop up for 5 seconds . Which will also cause my cameras to lag for a bit

When I initially purchased this camera, there were no ads, then ads started to appear at the bottom of the app, I said okay cool. Now, if you hear something outside and you run to the app to see whats happening, you have to watch at least 2-3 ads 1st, that takes up the entire screen before you can do anything, you can’t click off the Ads or anything, you have to wait until all the ADs are played 1st before you can do anything. If there was someone outside to harm you, by the time all ads are finished, you are RIP. Wish I could give Zero star

Firstly, the screen keeps loading and then it says poor network. I literally have tried my phone data, work WiFi, home WiFi and everything. It still says network poor. What am I supposed to do? I have uninstalled and installed the app 4/5 times. And this problem has been persistent since last month, I didn’t bother much bc I was busy with work but now that I want to use the camera this ridiculous app doesn’t work. My mother who lives in a different country faces no such issue, she is able to access the camera through the app. Is this app poorly functioning just in US?
