I recently requested a cameo video that was denied by the talent due to availability. However, my card was still charged hundreds of dollars even though I didn’t receive the cameo I requested. Apple support refuses to refund the purchase.

I signed up for the app to talk to a specific actor, I have to pay $100 for a personal message. I have disabilities which doesn’t allow me to access the chat messages. It very hard to do that, plus only a short time? I don’t understand why? 🤔
