Many glitches
The idea is wonderfully convenient, but the app does not work well. I have a newer, iPhone, and updated app, but the glitches are so frustrating. When trying to write a letter, or even just a postcard, I can only see the first several lines. It will not scroll down, so I am typing completely blind. It also seems to happen 1/3 to half of the time that I build a postcard or letter with several pictures, but when I go to send, it gives me an error message and I lose everything. I bought a lot of tokens for credit, but they are mostly just sitting there because I can’t successfully send what I want.

Ameelio mail is a great service that allows you to correspond with loved ones at no cost, via free monthly credits. Correspondence includes free photo postcards as well. However, some improvements could be made. First, we should be allotted more than just a single credit per month. Second, I’ve found that I’m not actually getting 1 credit per month. For instance, if I go several months without corresponding and then log into my Ameelio account, I’m allotted only a single credit; the credits do not roll over month to month. Overall, Ameelio is helping us to connect with friends and family inside. Keep up the great work. — @CadillacParalegal

Love the concept very convenient but it takes so long to get there and I don't know if it's just these iPhones but when I'm writing my letter I can't see the bottom half of the screen so I'm steady trying to edit it's weird let me know if it's just an iPhone thing or if it's just a me thing I don't understand how that would be if this is the only app that gives me that problem

Omgsh! LOVE THIS APP!!!🩷 This app is so much better than JPay! I spent two hours trying to write a letter to two people and got every excuse in the books about how the opposite working or how it’s the institutions problem not JPAY’s… I have 25 stamps and I’d love to transfer them to somebody who knows how to use JPay because otherwise I’m canceling my service and they’re going to end up with the credits! JPAY used to be pretty cool, no more!👎 I really love this Ameelio app! So easy to send a letter add pictures… Whatever you want!👍👍
