I purchased six tiles out of the box. They looked great. Within two days they started bubbling. I had given two of the six away as gifts. I sent in pictures of the four ones I had and received credits for the tile. They would not give me credit for the other two I had given as gifts because I couldn’t get pictures of them.really bad stuff

The first guy A who helped me did very little-wanted my cc information to check double billing! I’m traveling-besides it’s on record! I contacted my Pay Pal account and complained of a double charge! Then I contacted you guys again in a chat with K-he/she went into my account to check my order-showed where I had 2 orders-1 for Prints & 1 for a tile! 😬I’m bad-forgot about the prints! Both being the same price-I hadn’t realized! So thank you K for going a step further and helping me understand the charges! I didn’t have a chance to leave a review so did it this way! I used to use this app to order photo tiles a lot. It was great. I don’t know what changed, but I have 2 orders that never showed up. The order was marked as delivered, they never came. Forget trying to reach out. As soon as you give them the name and address in the chat, they ghost you. Terrible. And I’m out 45.00.

I really like their products but the sales tactics are very deceptive. I take advantage of the one free print per month and just pay the shipping and they invite me to add 3 more tiles for just an additional $19… son add the 3 tiles and the cart reveals a bill for over $50… hate companies that operate like this… is there no more customer service to rely on in this country.
