Another poor decision from UPS
Removing the Human Resources department is yet another poor business decision of our UPS elite. In my 22 years I honestly have to wonder how we stay profitable. I brought my iPad in to work to ask any manager demonstrate how to change my tax withholdings. He also works at UPS and nobody in the building could figure it out. The fact that drivers do not want to go into management should be a huge sign. Get it together your 30 day probation would be over and you would not get the job.

This app is pretty pointless, once you log in, if you’re trying to check your paystub, time clock or anything it takes you to a separate link and you have to log in all over again.

Forgot my password still doesn’t do anything. Last build and current build both. Still can’t get any real help when it forces you to change a perfectly fine and secure password to something that you’re unlikely to remember, which is silly. I’m locked out again, and I can’t see any of my stuff. Unacceptable.

I’m not sure if this is an App Store bug, or if the dev is removing my review. I also don’t know if it gets removed every time the app is updated. This app is so much better on android. If you have a spare android phone, then use it for this. I don’t know why but I’m guessing the App Store doesn’t let UPS do certain things, like consolidating everything on the app. This isn’t really an excuse though. You’re a massive company, figure it out.

Almost every app allows you to use fingerprint on a smart phone to login. I don’t understand why UPS can’t come up with an app where you don’t have to login manually twice to view your paycheck

This app use to work just fine, but now when I try to open it, it’s just a blank screen. Never loads and yes I’ve updated, reinstalled etc and it still doesn’t work. ios 14+
