Used to be good, now mostly an ad revenue generator
Used to have good meat to the content, now it’s mostly ad content (or ad-like content) and the articles at the top haven’t changed in weeks.
Love it
My go-to app for all tech device questions!
Love the app, but it needs to be updated.
I am giving two stars because the app needs to be updated. For one, the daily articles that scroll at the top of the app have not updated (changed) in over a month. Have sent some emails to support, with no feedback. Second, I am unable to login to CNET using the app(keep getting an error that something went wrong), but I can when on the CNET website with no issues.
Top of app stuck for weeks
The stories\articles at the top of the app page have been same for over 6 weeks. I’m tired of seeing the same pictures. I deleted and reinstalled the app and still no good. I normally love the CNET app and it’s wide coverage. Please fix the app!!
No longer updating
The app no longer seems to be updating the featured stories, and many of the stories listed below the header are older/reruns. Have been using it less, which is unfortunate.
For six weeks
Will not refresh, frozen on the same stories, Samsung galaxy ring, OnePlus watch, Barbie phone. Ect.
Top News Segments
Your top new segments have hardly changed in over four days. What is going on? Very disappointed.
