Car wash is always out of service. Why does the app give me a wash code when both lanes of the local wash are out of order? Wash is out of order and least half the time. Getting a code is slow and does not always work, even 15’ from the wash. I’ll be switching to a different wash.

Does not always work. You spend time waiting for the app to load your subscription and cars get stacked up behind you. App doesn’t work all the time or glitches and you lost one of your washes. Cust support claims they’ll credit your account, then nothing shows up on your account, you follow up with them mag get ignored.

Why does a car wash company need to know where I am? They can get enough from my zip code. There is no need to track me. And in order to use the app I am forced to give my location. So I will be uninstalling the app before I even use this app.

Wish there was a way to purchase the night time discounted car washes that I typically use. Also is there a way to track car washes purchased outside of the app towards my reward for a free wash? Wish it was tied into my phone number I could just enter at the physical location.
