Hi I just moved to west palm Beach. I have notice that driver do not have clear a good services to a handicapped person Especially how to deploy the ram when someone in a wheelchair meet to get in and out from the bus. Sometime they don’t leve enough space to use the ram properly Some driver are lazy. Prefer do not give the service saying there not space. When that is not true.

This app is so horribly developed. Busses are always stuck in random spots they aren’t actually in. Sometimes the busses don’t even show up on the map. There’s 0 customer service, and no way to tell if a bus has shut down or stopped service. What’s the point of this app?

Does not give accurate time for bus departure or arrival, the reminder does not work, very laggy and glitchy. If you depend on public transportation, do NOT rely on this app. I promise you’re better off using Google

App is not reliable I will NEVER trust this trash again. Palm Beach is one of the richest place in the country but can’t afford a simple app to tell you when the bus is coming. I swear you developers are so smart
