The MTM Link Driver Application’s objective is to offer providers and their drivers the tools, features & functions to empower their active engagement with MTM. The features and functionality of MTM Link Driver include the following: • Full integration with MTM Link, MTM’s Routing, Scheduling and Dispatch (“RSD”) Solution • Initial trip summary for the driver • Number of stops. Total miles to be traveled • Confirmation by the driver of the list of routes • Depot out functionality • Documents route initiation from the address of their depot • Trip status management • Pick-up Arrive with late to pick-up reason report • Pick-up Perform • Performed Pick-up with passenger signature confirmation • The passenger did not show for pick-up • The passenger did not show for pick-up • The passenger canceled the trip at the “door” • Drop-off Arrive • Drop-off Performed • Depot In • Documents the end of the route and return to the depot • End of day trip summary: Number of stops, miles, trips performed, canceled trips, member “no-shows”, late reasons tracking • Digital driver signature for route confirmation • GPS tracking capability: Longitude, latitude, speed, bearing, accuracy, configurable data refresh frequency, and trip audit capability • Driver notifications • Route changes by dispatch • Trip change acknowledgment by the driver MTM Link Driver provides expanded mobile app functionality to improve drivers’ ability to manage their routes and further works to align the business objectives of MTM with those of providers and independent contractor drivers.
Obsolete
If you close the app you have to login again (Veyo app didn’t do that), if you click more details on rides you have to reconfirm trips to get back to where you were, doesn’t send notifications to passengers when you arrive (which is annoying), and no way to be specific when a cancellation happens.

I don’t know what system update ruined the app. Every single time I try to schedule mileage reimbursement it tells me I have to call in anyway. They also changed it to where you have to check in when leaving for the appointment and when you arrive instead of just when you arrive. If you forget to check in when leaving then you can’t use the app for reimbursement at all. As if we don’t have enough to worry about when packing up medically complex children to go to appointments. It’s definitely set up to make it as hard as possible to get reimbursement which it shouldn’t be so hard. It just shouldn’t.
