My car is not eligible
Why does it need to be 2014 and newer?
Headache
Don't waste your time with uzurv, they don't care about drivers, they using drivers like trash, if you get ride you wait as long as the ride shows up, don't care about your time that have waited.
Low pay
Extremely low, pay for professional drivers who are taking care of such precious cargo like the blind and the elderly
lousy app
bad app, it doesn't have good trips at all, plus if you cancel a reservation before two hours, they charge you $5 and put your account on hold for a day, the only app I've seen that charges you for canceling a reservation even if it's time and average before the trip
Can do better.
Over the past few months, my experience with driving has been quite frustrating. Dealing with the phone support team has been hit or miss—some are helpful and courteous, while others come off as dismissive and uninterested. The company’s suspension policy, demanding punctuality without considering unforeseen circumstances, feels particularly harsh, especially after years of working with various gig companies, part time or full time. While it’s fair to expect drivers to be on time for pickups and maximize their availability, the touted flexibility isn’t as realistic as presented. It seems reminiscent of issues faced with Uber and Lyft, where driver feedback often goes unheard. Balancing the demand for door-to-door service with unpredictable factors like traffic or car maintenance can be overwhelming. Despite the company’s insistence on maximum effort, there’s little room for excuses like lateness, even in unavoidable situations. I experienced a suspension on January 1st for canceling trips due to feeling unwell—an instance where communicating and resting seemed safer than risking an accident. ( cold symptoms ) Recently, running late due to traffic after completing a trip for another company led to an immediate account suspension without consideration or understanding from the support agent. This not only affected my trips but burdened the company by leaving trips unattended until another driver could take them on. I want to ensure this point is clear: I’ve been told that “we encourage drivers to switch to other companies to maximize their earnings.” The phone support team appears indifferent; they seem more inclined to suspend you rather than escalate the issue to someone with sufficient understanding or authority to handle situations. Moreover, unlike other gig companies, UZURV lacks perks such as express pay, fuel, tuition, phone, or vehicle repair benefits, despite the substantial effort expected from drivers. While I had a positive interaction with someone from the driver success team in the past, there hasn’t been any noticeable improvement in addressing ongoing frustrations with scheduling or express pay for exemple. It seems UZURV has the potential to be great, but they still need to address these critical issues to truly support their drivers.
Not good money
Money was great when they started in Las Vegas but now you might make $12 an hour before paying for gas. Do the math 8hrs driving you make $100 and $30 goes out for gas… you will make more driving Uber eats
Instant Pay
I love this app …. It is great ..Pay structure is better than other gig apps you drive for ….All we need is instant pay ….. We get that it’s really on and rockin
This release fixes a bug that prevents drivers from uploading a District of Columbia vehicle registration.
