Did not fix cash-add problem.
Said they fixed the low cash-add problem a few days ago. They didn’t. Maximum daily amount that you now can add via debit card is $100. Used to be $500. Too bad if you’re at the grocery and need to add enough to pay for the weekly shop. Mine is usually a little over $200.

Not sure if this company is going to make it. I used it for groceries etc as well as charging. I was able to add funds as needed to pay for things by instantly transferring from my bank debit card. It was $500 a day limit, then it went to $100 per day. Today it went to a $20 limit. I spend $200 on my weekly grocery shop.

I've only used the free charging day event once on a small road trip. It was a good experience as I saw the reimbursement after the charge complete itself. I really like the rewards program on the other side of it, too.

The 20% cashback on EV charging alone makes this app worth consideration for all EV owners. In addition, the Amazon cashback (including Amazon pay) of 5% is a great deal. Flat rate EV charging through the app is also great especially for evgo users as this could replace the evgo subscription for many evgo customers.
United StatesSimplicity in maxing rewards when charging a Tesla
Recently I see more credit cards start to offer bonus rewards for EV charging, usually offered together with Gas Station charges. But when I signed up Bluedot there were very few options as good as what Bluedot offers. I don't use all of Bluedot's features. I tried the free driving and it was difficult for me to remeber to start and stop for every drive and soon I got over it. What has been working for me is paying all my EV expenses (charging, insurance) through Bluedot card and get 5% rewards. It's just a no brainer. Sign up, get the card number, associate it with my Tesla account and I'm done. I just check back in the app from time to time to redeem my rewards.
