Kind of glitchy
I share the app with my mom, and she’s created so many playlists. I attempted to delete them, rename them, and add things to them. It kept saying “ unable to delete/rename playlist 12” or “unable to add to playlist 10” and then I clicked on different playlists to see what was on them that I could delete, and it said that they were all empty. Frustrating because I wanted to make a summer playlist. But other than that, it’s an enjoyable experience with our old Sonos’s.
Frustrating Experience
As a Product Manager, I appreciate seamless user experiences and intuitive customer onboarding. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the Sonos S1 controller and the mandatory transition to the new Sonos app fell short of these expectations. Attempting to set up my older Sonos Play:5 in my office became an hours-long ordeal. Despite multiple resets and even trying a direct Ethernet connection, the S1 controller app frustratingly forced a switch to the new Sonos app, blocking any possibility of reverting to the older version. I tried deleting and reinstalling the apps but no luck. This resulted in one of the worst user interfaces I have encountered, severely complicating what was once a straightforward process. I had always recommended Sonos for its ease of setup, but this experience has shaken my confidence in their products to the point where I am considering selling my Sonos stock.

Used many brands before But now SONOS is my favorite 🤩
Hi
I m happy listen sounds so good
System Upgrade
Every upgrade makes the system not work and tries to force you to buy new speakers when nothing is wrong with your existing ones
Used to work
Now disconnects and has to be reconfigured all the time. $2500 worth of plastic apparently is what I bought.
