For as often as your nose products disconnect randomly from your wireless, you'd think support would be widely available. Yet they've removed chat support for apple devices, so everyone reading this has to no you no longer will receiver Bose support with your iPhone, unless you call at specific hours and are lucky enough to get through

I feel there are very few settings I can alter to accommodate the headphones to my auditory particularities. Still, the simple and non overwhelming user-interface prevents me from over-complicating these headphones stress reducing-headphones.

I use this app for my L1 tower. The mixer control is SO hard to use! No one can use the volume toggle correctly. This is not practical at all for a live setting. We are still having to manually control the tower as we cannot risk feedback at a live event because Bose cannot make an app that works. Bose- EV makes a tower with a mixing app the works flawlessly. Why are you so behind??? I also have your tone match mixer and it’s a massive disappointment as there is no app for that mixer. I’m really sorry I invested so much money in your products. I should have purchased the EV tower.
