App used to be very helpful. Now, it constantly displays a “hey, it broke” message every time I try to launch in (this, in spite of, deleting and reinstalling the app numerous times. ) I’ve given up on it being a go-to resource.

You guys have forced a fresh login, and don’t like my password or login reset. I’m locked out and your service ticket process is way too involved. I’ve loved this app for some time now, but I’m about ready to uninstall!
