Love/Hate relationship
I love this system when it’s working right. And when it’s not it’s an absolute nightmare. I’m pretty tech savvy and can accomplish most task fairly quickly without much trouble. The initial setup was a bit frustrating but got it done. After using the system for months and loving it it suddenly stopped working. Unable to find any speakers or groups. I worked on this for 4 days several hours a day before I finally got it working again. I won’t bore you with those details but it involved eventually deleting everything and starting over again. Agh!
Device no longer connecting to WiFi
Following the latest device update requested and launched by the app, my device is no longer connecting to WiFi despite several reset.
Outdated
Old and need to switch to Bose Music.
Not connecting
Since last update it won’t find my home theater system via this app on my iPhone. Have tried reading several times, rebooting router and Bose system. One minute it’s fine and the next after an update doesn’t work.

Hopefully you can add a as many devices as you want and play them all at once !!!! I have two 650s playing would love to just keep adding and adding love Bose Bose life forever
Great most of the time
A great way to hear sound in many rooms of your house with a good software version. The current version is bug free. Although it does not work with the latest iOS update
When it works…
It’s great when it works. I can’t always get it to work. Before apple changed from iTunes to Apple Music and before all the “updates” it was solid. I could listen to radio, Pandora, playlists, whatever. Now, it’s really moody. Some days it works fine. Others not so much.
