Can’t seem find my headphones Shows model and to add then keeps searching and pop back up to add, very frustrating won’t connect but works fine finding my iPhone but won’t connect to app!

Ok so you can program the action button to do anything practical. Of course the toggle button on the other side broke. So you would think you could make the action button do any other action besides trigger the voice assistant. But nope even the Spotify function is gone.

1- won’t update firmware it failed half way 2- none of the control features works fully 3- incorrect battery level 4- it keep disconnecting and need to re add and re sync. I hope the developers didn’t quit and started there own headphone company.

I can’t seem to download any firmware update. There is always one available but it always says there is a problem halfway through downloading it, providing no further information. Since attempting to download said update, even though it didn’t work it still affected some of the features of my headphones that weren’t a problem before. Interaction sounds and touch controls are now random and funky even when I turn them off/on. I have the Z.N.E. 01 ANC earbuds. Hopefully the developers are still working with this app and read their reviews and are able to address this problem.

I can’t seem to download any firmware update. There is always one available but it always says there is a problem halfway through downloading it, providing no further information. There is also no tech support of any kind besides directions on how to factory reset, which doesn’t work either. I have touch controls turned off but as soon as I step outside the headphones like to randomly pause and play, a lot. Indoors they work just fine. This is disappointing because I mostly only use headphones when I’m out and about and I spent $190 on them.

I can’t get pass halfway when downloading any firmware update. I follow all the instructions on how to do so and it says it always runs into problems at the exact same spot every time. I have touch controls off and my music will randomly pause and play, pause and play and other various issues while in use. After spending $200 on these and not even being able to use the product as intended is pretty crappy.

It says you can edit the EQ settings but for the life of me it will NOT let me edit the EQ settings for the various frequencies which is very annoying.
