Quick, easy and helpful
These exercises are a great complement to my oral myofunctional exercise routine. I find them helpful and I do them every day at breakfast.
Excellent in every way!
Explanations, graphics, variety are very well done. I think it works especially if you are dedicated. The best part is, no gouging on price!
Exercise approved by sleep scientists
I found these exercises on a major publication that showed reduced sleep apnea symptoms in those who those those. The app is simple and practical
Simplest solution for snoring
These exercises are too effective. No matter the dinner time , alcohol or not before dinner just do these 5 minute exercises and you’ll stop snoring very soon. I started seeing the effects just in few days. My wife also agrees this works who is the main reason I wanted to get rid of this snoring problem.
A service to humanity
I think it’s wonderful that someone took the evidence and turned it into something practical. it’s really manageable bite-sized pieces. You can still not get around to doing this, but you also CAN get around to doing it. My new secret is having to do a five minute session before I can eat (habit-stacking); I think this might work. Snore Gym could help so much of humanity. Here’s my vote for Nobel prize in Medicine for them. :-)
This works
I have started using Snore Gym about a week ago and have seen results already. I still snore but not as loud and have more quiet time than before.
Audio
App needs audio to verbalize directions, count down and moving to next exercise.
This version fixes a bug that added 4 extra reps to the exercises in the Standard workout
