My therapist recommended it. I am trying it today for the first time. I live he simplicity of the Tapping Technique and I will add it to my tool kit. I also appreciate that the app developers want to spread the love and share this with others 🙏🏽

Interesting and easy to use
This app has contents that do a great job of helping anyone learn this technique without the barriers of language; you can just tap along and notice how you feel better. They have done a remarkable job of taking into consideration cultural, gender, age, religious, and other bias/barriers to people using this proven technique to decrease the impact of trauma on the body! I think the developers and I highly recommend this.

Very helpful to bring myself down
Calming app, especially if you’re already familiar with tapping, but it is designed for those who are not familiar with it. I am very much a science based believer when it comes to medical help, whether physical or mental, and I find this to be very grounding and brings me back to level, being able to breathe again. Out of panic, sadness and fear. I recommend it to everyone of all ages.
