Give me the old app
I’ve had this app for a week now and I can hardly hear anything. Sometimes the left is on sometimes it’s off. I’m trying to reinstall it again.
Updated app is garbage
If only I could give the app 0 stars. Almost impossible to connect my near new hearing aids to the app. Bring back the old app and dump this new app.
Worst than worthless
2 1/2 stars is overrated
Unpredictable accessibility
Wish they’d link to my iPhone like they did before recent “updates”. Now they don’t connect -at all! Cmon guys it’s 2024 we expect better…
App not working correctly…?
My hearing aids were sent in for new batteries etc. Costco updated to your newer app for the loaners. Had difficulty streaming and hearing on my iPhone. Now I have my original aids back and still cannot hear during phone calls? I believe the issue is with the app.
Bluetooth continuous reconnecting while charging
The continuous attempts to reconnect Bluetooth while charging on my iPhone is a battery killer. How do I stop this?
Could be so much better
At first, I thought it was my phone so I upgraded after getting my recent set of hearing aids. There is so many things I would change. One having more options on Settings, like having seminar, restaurant ( the current option for speech in noise isn’t adequate), more music, different options for movies, and more than four options. My biggest complaint has been the app will change from each settings as you’re trying to hang up using your Bluetooth. I will be getting a different manufacturer of Hearing Aids because the app is so poor.
