Really really impossible to find options for needed tests

App is unorganized. Shows me results from years ago but not from 2 weeks ago. Heaven forbid you accidentally tap the “Purchase” tab by mistake. Forces you to then open up safari. Need to ask a question, it opens up safari. One would think if you update your current address to make an appointment it would permanently save it on your profile or at least give you the option to. Quest has a monopoly with no reason to take care of its patients or employees. I really feel for the people that have to put up with the bureaucracy that the green giant has to offer on a daily basis.
