Falls very short of the actual website link I use
This app is basically useless and lacks all of the options that the website allows on your online account. This app has no option at all to communicate/send/receive messages to/from your Dr and staff. All this app can do is show you your appointments, forms and allow submitting additional forms or patient related info updates. I had questions to send to my Drs office so I had to use the web address rather than this app. The designers of this app need to update is seriously to align with what the online website offer upon you logging in to your account. Right now, I do not plan to use this app and will most likely delete it until it is updated. It has nothing to offer over just logging into your account using the web address.

Don't bother unless you like watching paint dry and then seeing no difference in color! Site freezes, then gives you no info!
Can’t Update Info
I had some health issues arise after doing a consult with a provider who uses this portal. I can’t figure out how to update my med list or insurance info. I’m not even sure there is a way to update it through the portal. I might just need to create a new patient profile and see if I can delete the old one. Don’t use the myPatientVisit app unless. It is absolutely awful.
Worthless
You cannot view anything but your appointments and bill. No records or past forms can be viewed or updated.
Very frustrating
I logged into the app a while ago. I forgot my password. It will not allow me to reset my password. So I am stuck. Very difficult and frustrating app.

Little functionality
I was expecting the app to be at least somewhat equivalent to the website, but it literally just lists your appointments and balance due and lets you view your reference documents. Also, once you select a provider, there’s no way to return to the Home Screen. It needs radical development - then it could be useful. AMENDMENT- I now see that you can pay your bills and that IS a useful tool.
* Updated the payment amount input field to be more user-friendly. * Fixed an issue where, in rare cases, a patient may get stuck at the Select Patient screen if the app is unable to validate the patient record.
